*A deposit is required at time of scheduling. Deposit amount will be applied to to the bill at the time of services. Shall the scheduled appointment be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, deposit is nonrefundable.The total amount due includes prep-time and a 30 minute lunch break for each technician. Unbillable breaks will occur periodically, not to exceed a total of 20 minutes per (7) hour session.
