I usually never write a review for anything mainly because not everyone can meet my expectations. The technician from Aerus Electrolux was so professional in every way you can imagine. He was on time, called me 30 min prior to make sure that I was home and asked if there was anything that I might need. I was having an issue with one of my Aerus products which I purchased a few years ago, Manny the technician examined the problem and was able to give me a free estimate at me house. The estimate was a very fare price and I decided to go with it. He took the vacuum for the repair and was able to have it fixed by the next business day. He called me a week later to make sure everything was working properly and asked if I need anything else. Long story short I needed to purchase a dehumidifier as well as an air purifier for my home and Manny was able to asset me with this purchase by providing me with a great price and quality products. It was honestly such a pleasure to deal with an honest, hard working individual. I would highly recommend Manny. Five star service.

This place doesn’t repair they only want to sell new units!!! I called this company to repair my Electrolux central vacuum about 3 months ago. I had smelled something burning when the unit was running. I was told there was a $139 service call charge and I agreed. The gentleman showed up and told me it was the motor and it was too old to be repaired. A new one costing $5,000 wasn’t something I certainly could afford and didn’t need a “whole” new system. So we paid the guy and he left. This Friday 11-4 I decided to take the unit to an appliance repair shop in Bay Shore just to make sure it couldn’t be fixed so I could make a decision as to what to do. Well $297 later it has a brand new motor and I’m back in business!! This place shouldn’t call themselves a “repair” shop when all they want to do is sell new units and charge the customer a service charge and lie. What a scam!!!! Sorry I feel so cheated. Don’t call if you’re looking to repair especially if you’re unit is older.

I called the company and they offered in-home service for a $89 estimate fee. They came on time and repaired my central vacuum for a very competitive price. The work was done very clean and in timely fashion. I highly recommend this company to everyone!
