He was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. He kindly answered my few questions that I had and cleaned up behind himself. The staff is helpful and friendly too!!! I am so glad that I landed with hiring Electrify Electric, LLC to take care of my outdoor lighting system. From the booking of the appointment with Jerome to the two gentleman coming to fix the problem, I found them all to be respectful and catering to my needs as customer. I just knew that when it started to rain and get dark outside they were going to say they had to come back, but no, the guys were intentional about fixing the issue and doing it correctly. I appreciate great customer service but appreciate their skillset the most. I will refer and recommend this company to take care of your electrical needs.

I highly recommend the services of Electrify Electric LLC. The technician Ethan and his partner did a fantastic job today at my home. They installed an EV charger out and it looks great. Ethan and his partner showed up exactly on time, looked over the area for the project. He explained that there would be some cutting of the drywall and he would keep it to a minimum and make sure it was done neatly so when it was time for me to get it repaired it could be done easily. Ethan was very professional and kept me informed of the progress the entire time. The technicians cleaned up at the end there was no mess left on my property. The work was done in a professional manner and it was very neat and clean. I was very pleased with the end product. Thank you.

Ron and Hezekiah did excellent work installing lights throughout our entire home. They were on time, quick with a long project, and kept the work area clean and cleaned up upon departure. They were both professional and pleasant. I am so happy to be able to see in what use to be a dark home. Jerome provided competitive rates, and will look to using them again for any lighting or electrical work that I might need.

They explain everything they're doing as they're doing it. These guys know their stuff, and there's no question as to why they have received awards in Waldorf for their service! Really good experience with Jerome and his team. He came out within a day or two to evaluate installing a 14-50 outlet for our EV, and then we scheduled things out about a week later. It was a complicated job, involving some digging, but everything went smoothly. The estimate was pretty close to the actual cost, and the team cleaned up pretty well when they finished up, which was difficult given the recent snow melt and mud due to digging. I'd definitely give them a call in the future if I need any more electrical work done.
