We needed to do some electrical check ups on our home and prepare for an electric tankless water heater. Electrical solutions went above and beyond to help us find the best option. Ashley got everything set up for us and is the KINDEST person I’ve ever spoken to at a company. She is so sweet and you can tell she enjoys helping others. Richard serviced our home and did a great job to ensure our electrical system is working properly and to get the solutions we needed. Then Nathan went above and beyond to help us find the best fit for our home. He even worked with another company to ensure we had what we needed. I’m very impressed with the customer service of electrical solutions.

I’m truly grateful for the great customer service and expertise provided by Nathan, Blake, David, Pablo, and Ashley! Thankfully, when you call Electrical Solutions a human answers the phone! Thank you Nathan for answering the phone on a Friday morning and sending help to address a faulty smoke/co alarm system. David and Pablo were thorough and thoughtful when removing the hardwired alarms and recommending an alarm for the attic. They exceeded my expectations marking breakers in my breaker box and sweeping floors where debris had fallen. Today, Nathan and Blake returned to install the new system including an alarm in the attic. They did great work and we are thrilled to know that if/when we need electrical services in the future, we will absolutely call Electrical Solutions on Central Arkansas! Many thanks!

Nathan came out in a timely manner and gave us pros and cons for the work to be done. Estimate was quick and fair.Richard and Jada were on time and efficient with work they did. Installed new outlet and went above and beyond in their service for us.

2men took 2 hours to LOOK at a ceiling light. Didn’t fix it or install anything and charged us almost 500.00$!! We were left with no ceiling light. FOLLOW UP***** The owner texted us yesterday and asked if he could come out and “make things right” He just left the house after returning all our payment!!! We tried to return some of it and he refused to take it! He says his purpose when starting the company was to provide honest/efficient service to all customers. God bless this man!! I see now why all of his reviews are 5. For prompt fair electrical at a fair price, Don’t look further than electrical solutions! There are no services better

Had an outlet burn up..called several companies ....this company was the only one to get to me within 30 minutes. Great experience when the technician arrived...was very knowledgeable. Would highly recomend them.

Did a great job on installing our stand by generator. Came as scheduled and coordinated with the plumber. Took care of everything we needed.

Had a GFCI outlet replaced in my garage today and these were quite literally the nicest folks! They worked me into the schedule, got the job done quickly, and the technician was professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!! I will reuse them, no questions asked!
