Fool us once... We really should've looked at the reviews before we agreed to let this guy into our home to do work. It's never good when someone earns 13 bad reviews out of 88 total. (15%.) We paid him a large sum of money to get certain things done, many of which he left in a partial state of completion. Then he had the audacity to start talking about more money to complete the work, making it sound like it's a new task. Brian IS very good at diagnosing issues. But what he is NOT good at is completing specific tasks, making a firm commitment to a customer and documenting what is specifically being done. He's also incredibly absent minded, and left parts and tools here and there, then forgetting about them. His wife actually had to follow him around, reminding him about where he left stuff. He's also great at double-speak, as you can see by his lengthy attempts at self-justification to poor reviews. If he spent half the time and effort in doing timely and quality work as he does in writing his responses to poor reviews, he'd probably be the best electrician in the world. Do not take chances with this guy. We're obviously in good company with a lot of other fine people who got burned. In the words of The Who, we won't get fooled again.

DO NOT USE HIM HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU I asked for a quote for banging radiators and asked for a quote on some electrical work. Brian came over and proceeded to tell me I needed water in the lines and my furnace started to leak water he said he would be back the next day and told me 350.00 for today he was in and out in 30 minutes. I was in shock I had no service now i had water all over my utility room consistently and it took almost two weeks to finish this by replacing one part. and he charged me again for the part and half a visit. He still a month later has not completed the electrical issue. Bad business. almost 600.00 and i had no heating issue I had no tune up to my heater he totally took advantage of me and I let him know that.

If there was a zero rating I’d certainly select it. We paid this man, and were very understanding to a family emergency situation, he rescheduled us 3 weeks later, so we waited, however, that 3 weeks never came. The ceiling fans he installed were never turned on ( obviously it’s winter) yet all have dislodged from the ceiling, come to find out, this wonderful experienced electrician ( said sarcastically ) didn’t attach the screws / nuts etc. to the gang boxes, not only that, I have wire hanging from my basement ceiling due to unfinished work and baseboard heating ripped off my wall. I don’t know how this man gets 5 star reviews as I would never recommend him! Ever! Dare to challenge me Bryan, if so, I’ll see you in smalls claims court. Good try on your response- You definitely didn't advise me of any such thing; its so unrealistic for someone to say, oh, hang my ceiling fans anyway and when they drop from the ceiling I'll replace them and pay to repair my very damaged ceiling. Reading your responses to those that did not rate your work satisfactorily, you seem to have an answer for everything as opposed to apologizing and rectifying your errors. Additionally, word of mouth has it, your 5 star reviews are bought by you by offering discounts - Who runs their business this way? You did us wrong Brian, period ! As far as rescheduling, you kept pushing us back, day after day, until days became weeks, and then you were non responsive, Pierre started to answer your phone....Stop it Brian, you're looking a fool right now. I suggest you don't respond as I will keep calling you out on your lies and very very poor workmanship and lack of professionalism.

Brian was able to schedule us quickly, he arrived right on time and was so quick to figure out and fix our issue! He was also kind enough to take a look at and fix another issue that we had. He was very professional, very courteous, and we will definitely call him again for any electrical needs. We highly recommend!!!

Where do I even start he could not keep to scheduled dates and times even if he was the one who chose them. Would not complete agreed upon work for the price quoted. I had to hire an other electrician to complete the work this man agreed to. Additionally I had to hire other companies to fix his mistakes 100% would NOT recommend him to anyone

We paid a lot of money to this company for electrical work and allegedly he did a lot of work wrong and also used indoor parts doing outdoor work. This was confirmed with us by an electrician referred to us by the township code enforcer. Receipts also were not provided after multiple requests.

Bryan was very responsive, personable, and very helpful. Came same day. Did a great job. Went above and beyond to help me with the warranty of my water heater. I highly recommend him. Thank you again.

Brian came out quickly after I reached out about a plumbing and electric issue. While it turned out to be a main line problem outside of his scope, he took the time to assess the situation, explain what was going on, and didn’t charge me for the visit — which I really appreciated. He even helped troubleshoot a separate electrical issue I was having with flickering lights — and it turned out to be just the wrong type of lightbulb! Friendly, honest, and responsive. I’d definitely reach out again for future plumbing and electrical needs. Thanks Brian!

I had a water emergency and Brian came out within an hour to take care of it. Meanwhile, I waited 10 hours for the other company to just return my phone call. Helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I’d highly recommend him if you needed any contractor work

Never received a receipt after asking several times. Was supposed to return to correct a small issue. At this point I don't even want him to come back. I will have someone else do it.
