Fool us once...
We really should've looked at the reviews before we agreed to let this guy into our home to do work. It's never good when someone earns 13 bad reviews out of 88 total. (15%.)
We paid him a large sum of money to get certain things done, many of which he left in a partial state of completion. Then he had the audacity to start talking about more money to complete the work, making it sound like it's a new task.
Brian IS very good at diagnosing issues. But what he is NOT good at is completing specific tasks, making a firm commitment to a customer and documenting what is specifically being done. He's also incredibly absent minded, and left parts and tools here and there, then forgetting about them. His wife actually had to follow him around, reminding him about where he left stuff. He's also great at double-speak, as you can see by his lengthy attempts at self-justification to poor reviews. If he spent half the time and effort in doing timely and quality work as he does in writing his responses to poor reviews, he'd probably be the best electrician in the world.
Do not take chances with this guy. We're obviously in good company with a lot of other fine people who got burned. In the words of The Who, we won't get fooled again.
