Recently we engaged Elder Law in Nashville, Tennessee before the passing of our mom at the age of 94. Mom resided in a nursing home without a will and without the benefit of Medicaid. My Mother choose Elder Law to set up the Family Trust after following Barbara's informative articles in the paper for several years.
