Cherry Blossoms are coming back in season and Elcielo Washington DC has new dishes and cocktails; with these new steps in our menu we want to celebrate the bloom of the city and this wonderful ingredient.
Cherry powder cone: A welcome snack, this cherry powder cone comes with cherry sorbet, cherry blossom cream, almond crumble and Sakura Shoyu gel.
Cherry Blossom Sorbet: Inspired by the changing of the season, our new sorbet is made with a Sochu base, yuzu, and clarified Lulu, topped with a seed made of dark chocolate, micro mint, and a cherry blossom.
