Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Hanami — the art of appreciating the bloom — our seasonal offering brings together red velvet cake with yuzu syrup, cherry ice cream, sakura veil, white chocolate snow, and amarena reduction.

Available as an add-on: the Cherry Blossom Bag, a curated collection that includes our iconic Chocotherapy infused with sakura, amarena and sakura truffle, a polaroid taken at the restaurant, and a seasonal cocktail. $60.
