The best flavors, ingredients, techniques and innovative creations of modern Colombian cuisine from elcielo Washington by Juan Manuel Barrientos will be paired with an exclusive selection of prestige cuvées. Dinner will consist of 11 courses (5 snacks, 4 main dishes, bread of the house, dessert with coffee field).
