The driver arrived 10 minutes early, helped with my luggage, and was very polite throughout the whole ride. clean , smelled fresh and a posh car, The driver took the quickest route and drove safely, making me feel comfortable the entire time, booking the ride through their website was easy, and the fare was exactly as quoted—no hidden charges. I highly recommend this taxi service for anyone looking for a reliable and professional taxi. Will definitely use them again!

Exceptional Taxi Experience! I booked this taxi at very short notice due to the nature of urgency and it arrived right on time, the owner was incredibly kind and professional, and offered a very fair price for nearly 250/miles journey. The taxi was spotless and super comfortable. we even arrived ahead of schedule, payment by card was smooth and hassle-free. The driver also offered me a bottle of water and told me if need coffee we can stop at the service station, helped with my luggage a small but much appreciated gesture. Truly outstanding service. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely use them again if needed.

Wow. As a 22 year old woman, who had recently relocated to Essex temporarily I was very nervous about booking taxis, as any woman is about their safety. However El Blue Taxis has not only been the most fantastic and professional taxi service I have ever encountered- Rahem, the boss and regular driver of El Blue is one of the nicest men I’ve ever met. I met Rahem as a taxi driver and know him now as a friend, there is no one I would trust more to get me home safely. He is courteous, easygoing, positive, and when he asks if you’ve had a good night he genuinely wants to know the answer! El Blue is the best in Braintree, and arguably the best in Essex. The car is spotless, the company is great and after 5 months of using the service nearly every day for work, not once has a El blue taxi been late.

I don’t drive and have recently moved making getting my daughter to and from school difficult. Called this cab firm on the off chance as our usually ones were all busy. I explained it was for my daughter and they were so helpful and friendly on the phone, send me a link to pay before hand, let me know when they had collected my daughter and dropped her off. The driver was punctual, courteous, and maintained excellent communication before pickup, surprisingly the driver speaks four languages and well educated, the car was in pristine condition, and the route was efficient. Mr Rahime is a very respectful and friendly person, he is always reliable and goes out of his way to help you. He's the only taxi driver I like to use and 5 stars isn't enough he deserves 10!
