Oh goodnesss! This team is so outstanding in so many ways! You can tell they love their jobs and take it very seriously. So kind, generous, knowledgeable, proficient, and excellent communicators. And their work ethic and outcomes so very much professional and perfect. This group is worth the trip and expense to Wenatchee from Ellensburg. 5 stars !!!

Yeah so the easiest 5 star review I have ever given. Whoever picked up the phone was the nicest and best person to communicate with during an unexpected flat tire in the evening 3 hours from home. We politely requested my girlfriend and I to ride home with him and there was no delay in “of course let me make sure my guys have the extended cab”. I believe the fine upstanding gentleman to pick my girlfriend and I up was named Brad and he was the over the top professional. Don’t let me forget, called at 6:50pm and arrived 50 minutes from first contact when I was 35 minutes away and let us know he was en route. Easily the best experience in the worst situation with the best outcome possible. Easily will be calling again the next time I am jammed. These guys were legit the easiest business I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Highly recommend EJ Towing & Recovery! This morning, my husband accidentally locked his keys in his truck. The technician who came out (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. He arrived quickly (giving the fact he came from Ellensburg to Yakima), got the car unlocked in no time, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. We really appreciate the excellent service and would absolutely call them again if we ever need help in the future.

Amazing! This tow company is hands down one of the best I have ever used. Very professional, kind and helped us so much when we were traveling and broke down. Even got us back to a hotel for the night and helpful with what services were available in the area. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Over all excellent experience! The dispatch was quick and friendly, provided upfront pricing with a link even to pay making it so simple! My driver quick to arrive, clean friendly and knowledgeable. He called to tell me he was 5 minutes away, I got a text with his name the whole 9 yards! This was hands down the quickest response I have ever had! Thank you E J towing for a great experience to a bad day when my car had to be towed!

Compared to my previous towing experience couple weeks earlier and what my expected time frame for waiting was 90 to 120 minutes. I was so surprised when he called me right away and was there in less than 25 minutes. He was very professional he even brought a flatbed which I was grateful for. When we got to the Les Schwab location we pulled in and it was kind of a chaos scene trying to get someone to tell us where he should drop my van. They directed him to the back parking lot to a diagonal space that you had to cross over a sidewalk on to the street which had vehicles parked all over it. I was like there is no way you're going to be able to get in there but he got pretty close. I went back and just told them he's going to park here along the side of the building and that's what we did I rode along in the cab with him and it was very nice as well as he was. Thank you for making what was The nightmare trip a little bit easier

Brad was a friendly and professional driver who helped me out when I needed to get a tow back to the west side of the mountains. Communication and dispatch was very clear with updates throughout the process as he came to pick me up in East Wenatchee. He took great care of my car and no issues came up during the journey. If I ever needed service in the area again, I would hesitate to call them!

These guys saved the day when the clutch went out on our Suzuki DRZ400S dual sport about 15 miles into the Wenas wilderness FSR, about 45 minutes south of Ellensburg down a long gravel road. Cell service was about 50 minutes from the main road where we said we’d meet him, and when we got to the road he was there about 5 minutes later, dude was on it! Super nice guy and he cut us a deal on the price as well, could have charged off-road-recovery prices since the gravel road but he gave us the base price! Super helpful, we were definitely not expecting a break down out in the wilderness, 10/10 would recommend these guys. He took us to a cycle shop where they got our bike fixed enough to limp the 4 hours highway drive back home. Thanks Eli! Keep on slayin over there y’all are great. 💪
