Einstein Pros installed our mini splits and we are thrilled with them. Quiet as can be and super easy to use. They answer their phones immediately and any questions are quickly answered. I’ve always seen their vans around town. Now I know why. They’ve very good at what they do.

Einstein Plumbing has been great. We have needed them twice in the last few months. I highly recommend them. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and informative. I'm a first time home owner and found this company via my original home warranty. I kept calling them after my warranty expired and I continue to use them when anything comes up. I have certainly tried to do minor "plumbing" myself, but I feel so much better just calling them. They have helped with a pretty serious clog in the drain at this house due to it being unoccupied for several months prior to me moving in. As well as they repaired a pretty serious leak in my crawlspace that was discovered when I had the crawlspace dug out. It was great find because the previous plumbing was underneath a large concreate slab outside the house and they re routed the lines to be located in the crawlspace allowing for easier accessed in the future. My house is quite old! I've also had them add a water line to my refrigerator for the ice machine. I plan to use them in the future for any issue or home improvement projects that arise.

I got to work with Anthony at Einstein Pros. They were kind and professional and efficient as well. They solved exactly what needed to be done and didn’t cause any more issues. In fact he noted a few things that I should be aware of but was able to get our air conditioning back up and running within 24 hours of the call. Which is super cool as it was almost 100° at our house. I would definitely recommend using them and I plan on using them again in the future.

Our back flow blew and we were in trouble. Luckily Einstein had a plumber available to help us out! Wyatt showed up quickly, assessed the situation, explained his recommendations and went right to work. Wyatt did an amazing job of quickly getting us all fixed up. Highly recommend Wyatt and Einstein!

I 100% recommend! After my old AC started making strange noises, I called them for a service check. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. The technician took the time to explain all my options and answered all my questions thoroughly, which made me feel confident in my decision. So impressed by the crew that was sent out by Einstein Pros! I called on a Wednesday, expecting them to be booked for weeks out, BUT they said they could have someone one out here the next day. Very surprised! Two lovely gentlemen came in, Dan and Wyatt, and they immediately started working on our hot water heater. After inspection, we realized we needed a new hot water heater (it's a very old house). Again, I was expecting them to take money, make an appointment weeks out and I'd be without hot water. NOPE! Dan and Wyatt informed me they had a new one ready to go and could have it done within the hour! I was expecting contractors to come in, have a crappy attitude and work ethic to match and then expect top dollar for it (Unfortunately alot of Central Oregon companies have gone this way)- NOT WITH EINSTEIN PROS! And especially not with Dan and Wyatt! They were extremely courteous, informational, and efficient! If I ever have plumbing issues again, you better bet I'll be contacting Einstein Pros and requesting Dan and Wyatt's help! Thank you!
