Josh relocated two shower heads in our home and installed a frost-free hot/cold water faucet in our garage making it an even more usable space all year round for my husband and I. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert at what he does. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Josh made sure everything was done right and cleaned up when the job was finished — which we really appreciated. Pricing was fair, especially considering the quality of workmanship. Great experience with Josh Eicher. I had 3 quotes to replace my well filter set-up. All 3 gave me the same options and Josh came in over 50% less and did a great job explaining the different options and the pros and cons for each one. He really helped me make the best choice for a maintenance free set-up which is what I wanted. I will definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs.

My husband and I just moved to Lakeville MN, and unfortunately the developer that built our new home installed contractor grade toilets, along with choosing not to install a water softener. We had one plumber provide an estimate, prior to my seeing Eicher Plumbing pop up on Nextdoor. I reached out to Josh, received a quick response, and then we were quickly fit into his schedule to come out and give us an estimate. Josh spent a good hour chatting with us and reviewing the space and related work to be done before giving us our estimate. By then, we knew that if the estimate came in close to the prior estimate, we'd gladly choose Josh. We went with Josh, and so happy we did. Not only did he provide us with a higher grade Water Softener than what the prior plumber recommended, but after the work was completed, he walked us thoroughly through every element of the work that he did. A week after the install, and I sent Josh some questions about the water softener. He promptly gave me a call, walked me through the questions I had, and I now feel sufficiently educated. In the end, Josh will be our plumber in perpetuity and we have no qualms in recommending him to family and friends and anybody else that might be reading this review in the future. His knowledge coupled with his professional integrity make it a slam dunk decision to go with Eicher Plumbing. Thanks Josh.

Josh came out and roughed in the plumbing for our new basement bathroom, and he did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His work was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. Josh came to my home to look at a basement bathroom piercing squeal, when a faucet that was turned on upstairs. I had him also look at the shape of the water heater that was installed in 2013. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and helped me with a new water heater.
