We are a very happy to help team of one. My name is Rob, Certified Master Inspector (Alberta Home Inspector License #350771), when you call I will be answering the phone, when you book an inspection I will be the one showing up. The biggest advantage to using us is that you will always know what you are going to get!
I am a Certified Licensed Home Inspector and Certified Master Inspector with nearly 20 years experience in the housing industry. I became an inspector to help new and existing home owners feel the confidence they need in their decisions. When you have your inspection I would love it if you follow me around and learn along the way.

Rob recently completed the inspection for a home that we've just purchased. Rob came out to do our 1 year inspection in March on our new home. Rob is an expert in new home builds snd up to date codes. I received an easy to read description in Rob’s reporting of what was needing fixed and potential down the road. We then submitted this to our builder inspector and she was very impressed at the attention to detail Rob puts in his reporting. This gave my wife Amanda & I peace of mind knowing our house is well built, up to code and we can address any future repairs with knowledge that we have a detailed layout of our home from photos and aerial drone footage captured during the home inspection. Rob just did a home inspection and we were greatly impressed. Very detailed, careful and thorough inspection. Also, there was a miscommunication from our side which caused the cancellation of the actual inspection date but, Rob managed to find sometime in the evening after his regular hours, this is really appreciable. Very friendly, goes through the inspection report with you and will make sure you understand it. Highly recommended, highly professional.
