We are a very happy to help team of one. My name is Rob, Certified Master Inspector (Alberta Home Inspector License #350771), when you call I will be answering the phone, when you book an inspection I will be the one showing up. The biggest advantage to using us is that you will always know what you are going to get!
I am a Certified Licensed Home Inspector and Certified Master Inspector with nearly 20 years experience in the housing industry. I became an inspector to help new and existing home owners feel the confidence they need in their decisions. When you have your inspection I would love it if you follow me around and learn along the way.
We follow the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors standards of practice.

Rob was very flexible when we needed to arrange a time for a house inspection for a place that we were buying. He was very nice and personable and even arrived early and already started the inspection on the outside. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was thorough and all the newest tools, gadgets, and meters needed to test everything in the house. He was able to give us the report within minutes of completing the inspection so that we could quickly make our house buying decision. I would definitely recommend Rob and will use him in the future.

Our realtor recommended Rob to do our home inspection and he did not disappoint! Rob was very friendly and provided a thorough inspection. As we weren't able to be on site during the inspection, he even allowed us to give him a call afterwards so that we can better understand the results of our inspection. Rob explained to us well the result and he showed me the results from his scanner live in order for me to see and for him to be able to explain and answer my concerns which I greatly appreciated.
All the time he was very polite, well-mannered and also well-spoken.
He made me felt that I'm the one he prioritizes because I paid for his service and not the seller.

We had a wonderful experience with Rob. His services were incredibly thorough. He reviewed the report in person (which I must say, he uses a brilliant system that breaks down everything into easy terms for us who aren’t familiar with all the trades terminology) and took the time to answer all of our questions. His rates are incredibly reasonable considering how much time and effort he put into reviewing the house. I feel fully confident in his inspection and suggestions for local services to do the repairs required.
