We had a home inspection service done by Rob. He was amazing to work with. Super communicative, before, during and even after the process. Rob was very professional, identified issues with the house, and explained everything kindly and in detail. The inspection report was very detailed and very informative, while being easy to analyze and understand. If we have the opportunity in the future, I would definitely ask him for another home inspection. I would highly recommend Rob for Home Inspections.

He started by giving a rundown of exactly what he was going to do and what he was going to look at and we went from there! The report he offers also includes some handy guides that I will definitely be looking at for future maintenance of my home. Booking was easy through text (a must for me!) and I have zero complaints. Working with Rob was a pleasure!! Very easy to get ahold of and a very easy to work with on dates to get an inspection done. He showed up early to the property and started working on the outside of the house and gave a very good detailed understanding of what things were looking like top to bottom and inside and out. The price is very reasonable for the work he performs and is there for the customer %100. I really enjoyed the detailed report that we received within minutes of Rob finishing the inspection. To say Rob went above and beyond is an understatement. Firstly, he was quick to respond to all my calls and text messages. He very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and I immediately felt at ease with him. A little background: I am a senior widow and needed to get a home inspection on a house. I know next to nothing about maintaining a house. We picked a suitable day and time, and Rob was already at the location before I got there. I followed him during the inspection, and he answered my questions as we went along. I was trying hard to get lots of pictures of everything, but I didn't have to as Rob took many pictures which were all included in the report. After the inspection was completed, we sat down, and he went over everything that he had inspected explaining what he saw and what his recommendations were. I was kind of lost - inexperienced senior that I am- but Rob was so very patient and didn't rush me at all, taking extra time to explain things. I came home and printed the VERY detailed report and spent several hours reading it. I realized that, even though Rob spent extra time explaining things, I hadn't retained a lot of it. My biggest problem was that I had no idea what Qualified Professional would be suitable for each area of work. This is where Rob went above and beyond: I texted him to let him know that I was very overwhelmed by the report and that didn't know what trade I should use to get quotes. He immediately texted back offering to help me with this - I just needed to let him know my specific questions. I then sat down and made a long list of questions related to recommendations in the report and what trade I should be in touch with. He answered every single question I had asked and provided me the Qualified Professional trade for each one. He even advised me what the priorities of work were. This was an absolute HUGE help to me and after reading his email, I started to relax. I had no idea where to start but, thanks to Rob, I know exactly what trade I need to address the things that need to be done and the order in which to do them. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob to anyone who needs a home inspection, and I will definitely be calling on him to do future maintenance inspections on this house. Thank you, Rob!
