Working with Rob was a pleasure!! Very easy to get ahold of and a very easy to work with on dates to get an inspection done. He showed up early to the property and started working on the outside of the house and gave a very good detailed understanding of what things were looking like top to bottom and inside and out. Rob, was amazing to work with. Super communicative, before during and even after the process. The inspection report was very detailed and very informative, while being easy to analyze and understand. As buyers moving in from out of province Rob, could not have made the process any easier or less stressful for us which gave us the confidence we needed in moving forward with our purchase. Rob was very flexible when we needed to arrange a time for a house inspection for a place that we were buying. He was very nice and personable and even arrived early and already started the inspection on the outside. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was thorough and all the newest tools, gadgets, and meters needed to test everything in the house. He was able to give us the report within minutes of completing the inspection so that we could quickly make our house buying decision.
