ROB isa quality home inspector. As a first-time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what home inspection entails. He is truly unbiased, provided a neutral, fact-based evaluation of the property's condition. He is very thorough, did not just identify the issues, he took the time to explain them in a clear, understandable manner and provided a detailed, narrative reports that include photos and objective descriptions of defects. Highly recommended!

Had Rob come out twice to Wetaskiwin. Very professional and knowledgeable. He suggested I get surge protectors for all my outlets due to how the house was wired. A few months after moving in there was a city wide power failure and all my surge protectors activated in the house saving me thousands of dollars on electronics. Thank you Rob!!
