Fantastic job! Rob did a very thorough inspection of the home and provided clear instructions of what needed to be replaced and looked after. When I had questions, he was able to answer them with confidence and the report he provided is filled with high quality pictures and simple bullet points to make follow up a breeze. Combining all that with his easy going attitude left me assured I made the right choice picking him.
