We are a very happy to help team of one. My name is Rob, Certified Master Inspector (Alberta Home Inspector License #350771), when you call I will be answering the phone, when you book an inspection I will be the one showing up. The biggest advantage to using us is that you will always know what you are going to get!
I am a Certified Licensed Home Inspector and Certified Master Inspector with nearly 20 years experience in the housing industry. I became an inspector to help new and existing home owners feel the confidence they need in their decisions. When you have your inspection I would love it if you follow me around and learn along the way.
We follow the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors standards of practice.

I had a home inspection service today. Rob was very professional, identified issues with the house, and explained everything kindly and in detail. The cost was reasonable, and above all, his professionalism and expertise were impressive. If I have the opportunity in the future, I would definitely ask him for another home inspection.

Working with Rob was a pleasure!! Very easy to get ahold of and a very easy to work with on dates to get an inspection done. He showed up early to the property and started working on the outside of the house and gave a very good detailed understanding of what things were looking like top to bottom and inside and out. The price is very reasonable for the work he performs and is there for the customer %100. I really enjoyed the detailed report that we received within minutes of Rob finishing the inspection. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a home inspected!!!!!

Rob, was amazing to work with. Super communicative, before during and even after the process. The inspection report was very detailed and very informative, while being easy to analyze and understand. As buyers moving in from out of province Rob, could not have made the process any easier or less stressful for us which gave us the confidence we needed in moving forward with our purchase. He touched on points and small details that we otherwise may not have considered. Again to reiterate, the before, during and after support Rob offers is outstanding. Rob was very flexible when we needed to arrange a time for a house inspection for a place that we were buying. He was very nice and personable and even arrived early and already started the inspection on the outside. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was thorough and all the newest tools, gadgets, and meters needed to test everything in the house. He was able to give us the report within minutes of completing the inspection so that we could quickly make our house buying decision. I would definitely recommend Rob and will use him in the future.

Rob is excellent at what he does - very friendly, patient, and thorough! I have had two inspections done with Rob and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He prefers to have his clients present during the inspection and takes his time to answer all your questions and concerns, even pausing during the inspection in order to discuss things with you and show you things.
