Making arrangements while grieving a loved one feels impossible, but the staff at Eggen and Lance took a huge weight off our shoulders and did everything with grace, kindness, and patience. Working with Matt and Jaime was incredible. They took one of the hardest times in my family’s life and made it bearable. Matt’s knowledge made the entire process feel smooth while still being gentle and compassionate with our family. Both Matt and Jaime were always available to answer questions or help us whenever we needed. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for our family and for honoring and caring for our mom while she was in their care.

They are very matter of fact and upfront about services, pricing, and respectful and caring about all that goes into this part of when someone passes. I think when you have a loved one pass there is so much you forget or have on your plate, and they helped make this process as streamline and beautiful as possible. My family and I had issues with a previous cremation company and Eggen & Lance made sure to advocate and ensure all the documentation was sent and handled all of that so we could get our refund, they took that added stress off our plate. They made a really sad day turn into a celebration of life and if you ever are in need of funeral services I can’t recommend them enough.
