With the shelter in place going in order at midnight, I want to assure everyone that Eggen & Lance | Fred Young Funeral Home will remain open and available 24 hrs. For those families who wish to stay home, we are set up and equipped for online/ email arrangements. For those who do not use a computer we will have staff available to come out to the home using universal precautions. We have received direction from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and we are stocked with all proper equipment and staff has been notified of CDC procedures for funeral homes.
We will NOT be able to have large groups for funeral services, visitations or Celebrations of Life until the shelter in place has been lifted. We are able to have close family viewings as a means to say a last good bye. We can go over other options as a case by case basis if families have specific requests. We will continue to be here for our community and have someone available 24/7.We hope everyone stays safe and healthy.
