Have been using Edwards Excavation on an ongoing project and his work and crew are outstanding. It’s a tricky design, so often there are changes as we go. He has been flexible and the work is going great. Highly recommend Colton!

I had Colton and Edwards excavation over in two separate instances - first to install a culvert and level so steep grading in the front and back of my property and then another time to bring in dirt, raise a grade a padsite for a home foundation. In both cases I was happy with the the work he did and really appreciate his prompt availability. In the case of the second job there was an initial delay due to dirt availability and needed more dirt but Colton came through and managed to get all the dirt in and the grading work done once it arrived and I'm able to continue with the foundation work. All in all Colton is definitely a go-to guy for excavation needs.

I called Colton to price out a retaining wall that I needed to be done. He showed up next day with an open mind and gave quality input when needed. I was very stern that all I needed was a quote, but by the end of it I knew he was the guy to go to. Him and his crew blew my mind, showed up ready to work and really cared about my nit-picky opinions. Highly suggest Colton and his crews.

I had the pleasure of hiring Colton to help me out with some dirt work that I needed to be done in north Mckinney last month. Great communicator , knows what he's doing, and very reasonable price. Will definitely be using Edwards Excavation for future projects

Colton and I initially agreed upon a price of $4,200.00, $1600.00 (2 days of his labor), 2 loads of select fill dirt at $350.00 each, 2 day laborers for one day. Colton called the day before and stated he could do the job in one day rather than 2. I asked if my price would be less because of one day vs two and he stated No. I told Colton I wanted 4 loads of dirt and was happy to pay for it. He confirmed he would be at my house at 8:00am the following day. Colton showed up 1.5 hours late (9:30 am). After working an hour he went to Chick fi Lay and took the crew to lunch. They left at 6:00pm. Total amount paid to Colton - $5000.00. I am happy with the work Colton and crew performed but I am not happy with his pricing.
