Having Bucky Henson as our realtor to sell our remote commercial property went very smooth and fast for our location. was always very professional but fun. Bucky made sure we got our asking price and walked us through the entire selling process. We were able to handle everything remotely, electronically and there were absolutely no hiccups at all. We would highly recommend Bucky to anyone looking to sell their property local or long distance. Our particular property was 300 miles from us and Bucky and it was so smooth a transaction that we couldn't hardly believe it. Bucky handled everything from property estimation on-site signage rounding up clients walking us through the closing process and getting us a big check. So we really appreciate Bucky very much...

We were told by Bucky that he doesn’t deal with any property that is under $100,000 and was not interested in helping with any information. He said he would reach out to other realtors and no one contacted us. Makes me wonder if the owner of these houses are aware that several real estate agents are not interested in seller their homes.
