When we purchased our condo and moved here from out of state, we actually placed our insurance with another agency and company. That turned out not to be a good experience with the other agency. That is when we turned to Edie Williams at State Farm, based on recommendations from others. Kudos to Edie Williams agency and specifically to Peter Hensel who directly handles our insurance. Peter has been very professional and helpful with any questions. He explains things well, is very responsive and knows his insurance! I am a happy camper. I spoke with Peter Hensel about a year earlier for an insurance quote. It didn't work out at the time. He recently called me back and asked if I would be willing to allow him another opportunity to quote our home/auto/golf cart and umbrealla policies. I am glad I did. What he quoted me and what I was actually charged matched - what a concept. I had been put through the ringer with my last two insuracne companies with a bait and switch tactic. For real - the policies he wrote for me, provided BETTER coverage and will cost me $4000 less this year. That is incredible! Peter was very pleasant to work with, very prompt in responding and very knowledgeable.

Wow! Last Friday afternoon, I needed a quick walk-in to turn around a renters policy. I was greeted with a smile and promptly ushered into Joe Keene’s office.
