About a month ago I visited Dr. Deulkar’s dental practice, and the service was truly exceptional. Dr. Deulkar, her business partner, and their assistant were all incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I had a bad experience with a previous dentist, so I was quite nervous, but Dr. Deulkar was very gentle and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt at ease. I would highly recommend going to her!

I am truly happy to share that I received wonderful treatment from Dr. Swati. She is extremely professional, kind and cooperative. I went to her for a root canal that had already failed twice when done by another dentist. It was a complicated case and I was in severe pain. Honestly, I had started losing hope and wasn’t sure how I would come out of that situation. A friend recommended Dr. Swati to me and even though her clinic is quite far from where I live, I decided to reach out to her. I remember calling her over the weekend and feeling hesitant about asking for emergency help. But she completely understood my pain and responded with so much compassion. She agreed to see me and provided support even outside her regular working hours, just because she knew I was suffering. That truly shows her dedication, honesty and commitment to her patients. I am deeply grateful for her care and support. Thank you so much Doctor for giving me relief.

I called to enquire about how much it is to remove a tooth and I was given a price I immediately booked the appointment as I was in so much pain . I couldn’t wait any longer . I went there and shared with the Doctor that I have been in pain for the past 5 days , I would like to remove the tooth . Dr Swati Deulkar told me she can’t remove the tooth as it has an infection she will put the temporary filling and if by Tuesday I’m feeling pain l must come and remove , mind you l paid for the filling that wasn’t necessary . Honestly she seems like someone who wants to dry peoples pockets out. Why would let someone pay for a filling then 3 days after come to remove the tooth? Doesn’t make sense . She cleaned the tooth and put the filling and I was in so much pain worse than before I got there , that’s when she injected me which she was suppose to do before cleaning the tooth as I was in pain , but she further inflicted more pain . She prescribed me some medication which I did buy and they not working , apparently the pain should decrease but mine is worse . I called this morning to let them know that I’m in so much pain worse than before , is there anything they can do , the reception said “ At this point there’s nothing we can do , you must continue taking the medication “ , as dentists how do you even respond like that to a patient in pain. To avoid any future complications I would advice anyone to think twice before going to the Karaglen Dental Clinic to get any dental assistance. This is not good service , I would like to get my refund . Such a waste of money !

Dr Deulkar is an Earth Angel. Not only did she come to our rescue on a Sunday morning when my daughter’s front tooth crown fell out during her matric exams, but she was very thorough and did not charge the fortune I was expecting. My family will all be going to her going forward as she is very knowledgeable. To find a kind medical professional is almost unheard of nowadays.

I have retracted and will confirm, but if you interact with a community of other dentist at your mall, please advise each other against such practice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Baker Street Medical Centre I had an excellent experience at Baker Street Medical Centre. Christen and Makayle were professional, friendly, and very helpful — they made the visit smooth from start to finish. Dr. Naidoo was amazing — calm, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He even drew a diagram of the lungs to show me why I had bronchitis. Truly worth coming here for a check-up. Thank you for the great care!

Took my daughter for milkteeth checkup and she was very gentle with my young one and professional indeed. They are good with kids

Pricing very affordable, friendly staff, couldn't have asked for a better service.
