Edelweiss Keys Snorkeling and Eco Tours

It was a beautiful afternoon for a boat ride. Captain Pascale took us out for snorkeling and sightseeing. She couldn’t have been more hospitable, very knowledgeable, very careful and most importantly, she was helpful to us as senior citizens. Make the trip, you won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing experience with Captain Pascale on a 4 hour tour which included snorkeling, sightseeing and a stop at the sandbar. My girls (8 and 10 yrs) had never snorkeled but Captain Pascale found a great, easy spot for us and the girls were able to get in, even after some hesitation, and see some cool fish. The sandbar was beautiful and super fun and we even saw some manatees right at the end of the tour. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area as well - we would highly recommend choosing Captain Pascale and her boat Edelweiss for a great boat outing!

My husband, my 9yo, and I loved it so much! On one morning trying to organize a bout tour quickly from out of town for my family, I tried to contact many. This is the one who had a phone number, answered right away, and answered my questions in detail! Booked! I got return emails from the others eventually (not calls), and just hit delete. Too late! We're going with Edelweiss! It's a random year of cold (2025), so it was chilly (60° at departure)! We came prepared with long sleeves, beanies, pants, and blanket! We chose to not swim, but had the option HA! Almost got half way in, ha, but NOPE! The tour (3hr) was still so gorgeous and relaxing. Saw much wildlife (birds, dolphin, manatee, iguanas), and we got to see so many homes that are only in our dreams. Easy to find, very clean, easy to book!! We love Capt. Pascale!!! Do this tour!!!

The best thing we did on our honeymoon! Captain Pascale was absolutely amazing! Very warm and welcoming - it was my husband’s first time snorkeling, she made him feel so comfortable and was very patient with him! Captain Pascale takes you to the best snorkeling spots and also gives a beautiful tour along the way - when we come back to the Keys we will most definitely be booking another adventure with Captain Pascale!

Visiting Florida Keys for the first time, we happened to find Edelweiss through Google. We are a group of 6 including 4 adults and two young adults and made two trips with captain Pascale, one 2 hour eco tour and another 2 hour snorkeling trip the following day. These were the best experiences of our Keys visit so far. On the eco tour we saw dolphins, pelicans, ibis birds, ospreys, frigatebirds and egrets and also enjoyed seeing the amazing houses and villas on the waterways. Snorkeling was wonderful, we saw lots of different fish, spiny lobsters and even two manatees swimming by! The location was perfect with nearly no one else there snorkeling. Captain Pascale advised us a diving center nearby to rent wet suits which was an excellent choice given it is end of December and the waters are not that warm. Captain Pascale is very knowledgeable of the region and knows to take you to the best places. Thank you again captain Pascale for unforgettable experiences and all the best :)

We booked Edelweiss for a 4 hour snorkeling tour and it did not disappoint! Pascale listened to our preferences and put us exactly where we felt most comfortable and could see amazing wildlife and beautiful homes on the turquoise blue waters of Tavernier! If we could give her 10 stars, we would! Pascale was incredibly friendly and connected conversationally with all three of our teenagers. She provided great instructions and would let us know when the boat would be moving, when to hold on to our hats, and when she would be stopping. The boat was spacious enough for all of us. It was a fantastic day of snorkeling and making a new friend!

Our snorkeling adventures with Pascale were top notch. We had an exceptional experience seeing all kinds of incredible ocean life. Pascale’s hospitality and her love for adventure made for an unforgettable trip!

Sunset Cruise! My family and I joined Pascale for a 2 hour sunset cruise. We explored mangroves along the canals, looked for manatees, and saw some beautiful birds. She customized the tour based on our interests and shared great information about the area. The sunset cruise was the perfect way to end a day in Islamorada!

We had the best day! We were a little hesitant as we were traveling with our 3 young kids but Edelweiss charters provided the most perfect experience for our whole family. We had a chance to go snorkeling, did an eco tour and my kids learned all about the fish and wildlife of the Florida reef. A very memorable experience for any traveler!

Pascale and the Edelweiss snorkeling tour was one of the best things about our family vacation. We had two first-time ever snorkeling children with us on this trip, and she was so kind and thoughtful about making sure they were comfortable. She helped ease their overactive minds, and they had a blast exploring the ocean for the first time. Sunset snorkeling offered the best view in the area. Definitely will be booking again on our next trip.
