Eddie was very straightforward. He went thru the house and pointed out smart touchups, which we did. Photography was good. Once we had an offer, Eddie was a steady hand thru the process. He knows what stays and what goes, etc. This is a tough time to sell a house. Eddie helped us be successful.

Eddy has been amazing! We reached out on a whim as our family had a desire to move to Redding this year. He is an excellent guide to the area and quickly got us up to speed on what our options were. He provided great advice on the pros and cons of different areas and specific homes. He took showed us around for several weekends spread out over a couple months. He was great with our kids and got them involved in the discussion. We finally found the perfect home for our needs and Eddy was great at providing feedback and helping us through the entire process. He's very responsive and when bumps came up throughout the process he was great at talking it through and inspiring confidence. I am very happy that we got the opportunity to meet Eddy and work with him on the purchase of our new home! If and when we find ourselves ready to buy or sell property again, he is going to be who we go with.

My wife and I were in search of our first home, unfortunately we were not seeing eye to eye with our first realtor. We met with Eddy to look at a house he was representing, and even though we did not make an offer on that house, we both felt very good about forming a working relationship with Eddy in our search. I had high hopes with Eddy Price, but it turned out to be a disaster. Everything was mismanaged—paper work mistakes left and right, critical deadlines that were missed. Eddy seemed to lack the most basic knowledge about the real estate market and did not have any positive suggestions. My home was unnecessarily listed with him for too long because of his mismanagement.

Eddy Price and his group of people promised a quick sale and top dollar for my home, but he failed miserably at delivering. Their marketing effort was very poor, and the up-front promises were not followed through with. I never received any decent feedback or updates throughout. Finally, after several months of pure frustration and a large price reduction, I sold my house elsewhere. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Eddy Price really let me down. From the beginning, it was known to me that he was rather unprofessional. He would miss appointments, provide the wrong information, and not show any interest in selling my property at all. With all these sweet assurances, my home has been in the market for ages—no offers. It is an absolute waste of time and money. Save yourself some trouble; find a real professional.
