Eddie was very straightforward. He went thru the house and pointed out smart touchups, which we did. Photography was good. Once we had an offer, Eddie was a steady hand thru the process. He knows what stays and what goes, etc. This is a tough time to sell a house. Eddie helped us be successful.

First impressions of Eddy Price were nice—friendly. That wore off pretty quickly. He only cared about fast selling, not customer satisfaction. He pushed for us to agree with a low quote and was totally unhelpful when we have problems at the closing table. I would definitely avoid this agent
