I have used this company for 4 different appliances to be fixed. First two appliances were fixed and I’m happy with the outcome. The next two appliances that I paid to get fixed never got fixed properly and the company is not returning my messages. I’m out 700 dollars for absolutely nothing. Beware of this company, I’m surprised their reviews are as highly rated as they are. Maybe some of them are fake…

Exceptional Service from Eddy! Eddy is truly remarkable. I called him on a Sunday, his day off, explaining I had an emergency. He immediately promised to arrive between 6 and 7 PM that evening, and he was completely punctual. This level of dedication speaks volumes about his character and commitment. He promptly diagnosed my washing machine, returned the next day to install the new part, and even offered valuable tips on maintenance. The machine has been working perfectly ever since. I called Eddy Saturday morning to call about my Samsung dryer not heating when turned on. He can by to fix it on the same day. He has the parts available when he came. He is prompt and his rate is affordable.

Very easy to coordinate and communicate with. Had my ice maker on my fridge replaced. Work was done in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anybody who needs work done on any of their appliances!
