This is the second piece of property that we bought from the Boyd team. We had a wonderful experience back in 2021 when we bought an investment property from Eddie. When we were looking again in April 2025, we knew we would be contacting Eddie and Julie. Eddie went way out of his way to find us the perfect property! I posted a review a while back but am not seeing so I’m posting again for anyone who is looking for a fantastic realtor who knows the Myrtle Beach area. Eddie went above and beyond during the pandemic to help us find our home, it was a tricker time to find what we were looking for but he stuck with us. Eddie and Julie are true southern sweethearts that will have your best interest at heart. I highly suggest the Boyd Team if you are relocating or just moving within the area.

Great experience! Eddie & Julie covered all the details and take the stress out of the buying and moving process. Eddie was highly recommended by a family friend, and they were right Eddie is great. Turns out Eddie and Julie knew my mother who owned Ryder Realty in Little River before she passed, small world, this made us Smile knowing mom was watching over us. The Boyd Team, Eddie and Julie were off the hook in providing me with services in helping to locate a home. I asked a lot of questions, I sent a lot of emails and text messages regarding the process, concerns and what I wanted in a home and I got the home I wanted the first day I met Eddie in person coming from a different state when my plans were to look at different states to see where I wanted to live. Eddie and Julie were professional, polite, caring, concerning, helpful, funny, upfront and to the point, and very patient with with me in providing excellent customer service. Realtors that I had in the past can learn a lot from Eddie. They were about me in getting what I wanted instead of getting paid. Eddie and Julie are outstanding realtors! They assisted me in the sale of my condo. It was built in the 1980’s. It was very spacious but had not been renovated or updated since it was built. I live in Virginia and did not want to oversee the work that needed to be done. Eddie and Julie took over the complete project from helping to choose a renovation company to choosing colors and materials. They kept me informed about each step and asked for my opinion. I felt like they were treating me like family. If I called or emailed them there was an immediate response. Pictures were often included in communications so I knew exactly what was taking place. The finished project was absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!
