EcoWater Systems of Eastern. WA & Idaho

One of the best purchases I’ve ever made! I live in Moses Lake, WA and have well water, and the EcoWater system has completely transformed the quality of our water. No more hard water stains in the shower, and my hair and skin feel soft and hydrated again. On top of having an amazing product, their customer service is outstanding. I received an alert on my phone about my system, and within a couple of days, Bob came out to take care of it. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with both the system and the service. If you have hard water, you won’t regret getting an EcoWater system — it’s truly worth it!

I had a wonderful experience with our EcoWater technician, Brayden, who came out this morning. He was professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. He clearly explained the issue, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend Brayden for his outstanding service and professionalism

The water softener itself works great. We mainly wanted the iron filter system for the iron issues were having from the well.. We still get orange iron build up if my tub faucet drips and doesn't get used as much as my other bathroom shower, but its nothing compared to what it was. I would agree the iron filter is working. I do have blonde hair as well.. and my hair isn't turning orange. So thats a plus. We only needed 1 bag of salt after 1 year of use. The recharged is loud and scary if it wakes you up unexpectedly at first but your body eventually adjusts. I wish my R/O water came out cold and not room temp but its not horrible if I have made ice and its helpful because the kids get fresh water for school every day!

Brayden and Levi were our installers, and they were extremely good. They explained everything that needed to be done. They talked us through some things that were not made clear by the sales representative. They were kind, they were efficient. Easy people to talk with. I can't say enough good things about them. They were efficient at their job. They didn't take time sitting around doing nothing. They were busy, and they talked to us when we had questions. And made sure we understood, I would use those those two for anything I had installed again. So I'm very grateful to have had them be our installers. We have not had a chance to use the water yet.Today but i'm sure we'll use it tonight.And I hope for a big change.

Customer service has been the best! Our 1st time calling and they came right away to fix it. We had Bob the 2nd time we had to call. Very friendly and assured us our water softener was working and tested all our water just to be sure. Made us feel like we can call them anytime and service will always be great. Thank you guys for your hard work!

Braydon is superior in performance, additude, promptness and respectful. He cleaned everything before leaving, double checked the installation. I highly recommend him. 5 STARS

Had a small leak under our sink. Braden, the tech, arrived early,was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly and efficiently. Did a great job. Not cheap but very professional. Thank you.

Our experience with Eco water was outstanding, working with Joseph and Bob was a real pleasure and they took care of every detail on the install, we had a current soft water system that was not working correctly so we made the switch to eco water system and could not be happier! Everything was clean and neat and that is appreciated as we are pretty picky! I would recommend eco water and Joseph to anyone that is looking to get a soft water system that is top notch!
