One of the best purchases I’ve ever made!
I live in Moses Lake, WA and have well water, and the EcoWater system has completely transformed the quality of our water. No more hard water stains in the shower, and my hair and skin feel soft and hydrated again.
On top of having an amazing product, their customer service is outstanding. I received an alert on my phone about my system, and within a couple of days, Bob came out to take care of it. He was friendly, professional, and efficient.
I couldn’t be happier with both the system and the service. If you have hard water, you won’t regret getting an EcoWater system — it’s truly worth it!

Arrived on time, identified themselves, courteous, knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, tested our water before and after installation, shared results with home owner, gave clear and written instructions on maintaining our new equipment. Would highly recommend this company. They also did not try to upsell and gave me what our home required. Came with a great warranty as well. Excellent 10/10
