They did not reattend despite agreeing to and I had my bond partially withheld as a result. Multiple attempts to contact and claim on the guarantee have gone ignored. Buyer beware.

Terrible experience! I paid over $800 for a tiny property to be cleaned. 3 people showed up, The place was still dirty, came for a reclean, the place was still dirty. I paid $600 to another company and the clean was pristine! When asked to do better, I received a bunch of emails justifying why they weren't doing these tasks. They stole my money. I have fair work looking into it.

I have encountered the worst cleaning experience. I hired them because I enquired with them once and since that day the guy started calling me every evening to check if I wanted their service. As they were consistent in their perusal, I hired them but boy was I wrong? First of all they quoted the price for cleaning to be 600$ and after going to the location, they increased it to 800$ and refused to begin cleaning if we did not pay everything upfront. We made the payment and the property was in a very good condition as it was a newly built property, only a year old and we had only stayed there for 4-5 months. The cleaners reached 4 hours later and despite giving a bond back guarantee on their website, they did not remove the marks from the walls and did a terrible job at cleaning. They were required to finish the job before 5 Pm and they finished at 1 Am. Now when the property manager inspected the house, the highlighted various concerns with the cleaning and when we called back the cleaners they outright refused to clean it again. This is despite them giving a 100% bond back guarantee. The name of the concerned person was Karan, completely unprofessional behaviour, hiring them was our worst nightmare, they just moped and vacuumed the property for 800$, beware guys, they are running a scam, these are your normal house cleaners. Do not misunderstand them as professional cleaners.
