This is our second window replacement through Ecoline. The Installers Zhenya and Marat did an amazing job! We had 3 major windows replaced and it was a fantastic job! Highly recommend Costco via Ecoline and the installers Zhenya and Marat. Its been a great experience

The sales representative, Vladyslav, was very helpful and informative, and the installation team, led by Matt, did an outstanding job. They were professional, friendly, and extremely patient in answering all of my questions. The team also made sure to leave the place spotless after the job was done, which I really appreciated. Nick and his partner Vova did a fantastic job replacing my front exterior door. The workmanship was excellent, everything was completed on time, and the area was left clean and tidy. This is my second time working with this company after replacing my windows and I'm very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Nick and his team to family and friends.

I can’t say enough about this experience. We did a lot of research in choosing a window company. I asked neighbours who they used and many said Ecoline. We met with Dmitry the sales rep and he was exceptional. We just completed our 3 day install with the crew and they were incredible. Kosta, Roman, and Voldya were so respectful of our house. They were professional, efficient and meticulous with the installation of all of our windows and doors. On top of that, I was so impressed that Supervisor Max came everyday to ensure we were happy with everything and spoke about anything that needed clarification. Highly recommend this company. Great quality, incredible service.

New door installed at my house. It looks great and the install went well. I am a building envelope consultant and only noted that they did not include to install a sealant joint on the inside and outside of the frame door, so they allowed me to install it myself before installing the interior and exterior trims. They installed the finishing sealant beads, and they also reinstalled the existing head trim instead of the generic trim that they would provide. Very happy with the service!

Ecoline installation team and Supervisor, Max, were very professional. They completed the job on time and kept us up to date with progress. The Project Manager, Anastasia was very patient and answered all our questions thoroughly, which helped us to go with Ecoline windows. Recommend it to others.

We installed windows and doors with Ecoline. From the first person who visited us to explain and do initial assessment to the final installers the process was very smooth. Our project manager( Dimitry )guided us from the canada greener home loan to arrangements for measurement. Then the installation team ( Nikoli) they came set everything up and installed it within 2 days and the best they cleaned everywhere where they worked and when they completed it , it was spotless. All thro I like this professional experience.

Alex and Sergey were awesome fitters! I’ve used Ecoline multiple times now and the guys on-site are always great. They are meticulous in getting a good finish (hard in my 110yo house!), are tidy and polite, and work hard to get the job done - sometimes in the dark and unpleasant weather.

We had a great experience with Ecoline. Anastasia was our sales representative and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The installation crew went above and beyond. I need to give a special shout out Zhenya, Marat, Vlad, and Misha’s crew. They were efficient with their time and meticulously installed each window. Our house was well protected throughout the process as they covered all of our furniture and flooring to ensure little dust and residue. Special thank you for Victor and Alexander for allowing the Marat and his crew to install our shutters, which were time consuming and they went above and beyond making sure they were perfectly lined up!
