#1 - Do I have to bring coins?

We have a few different ways to pay. All of our machines accept coins and we have a coin change machine onsite that will change coins and up to $20 notes. You can also download the DexterPay App (Android and iOS) to use on all machines and we have Tap & Go facilities for some of our machines.

#2 - Can I use my own laundry powder/liquid?

Absolutely! You can use your favourite laundry powder or liquid as well as bleach, fabric softener and/or dryer sheets. We recommend using no more than 1 scoop/cap for smaller machines and no more than 2 scoops/cap for larger machines - too much detergent won't rinse out of your laundry properly. If you do forget your laundry detergent, we do have some available.
