I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. My flight is scheduled for tomorrow, yet I still have not received any confirmation of my booking, seat number, or other essential details. This is highly frustrating and completely unacceptable.
In particular, the service at your New Lynn head branch has been very unsatisfactory. I have spoken with Avinaash, Abhinav, Atyan Rajput, and Suraj from morning until night, but none of them provided me with a clear or satisfactory answer. Instead of resolving my issue or contacting the airline on my behalf, I was simply told to call the airline myself and seek help at the airport.
This lack of accountability and support has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expect immediate action and confirmation of my booking details today, as my flight is tomorrow.
If I had to deal with the airline directly at the last minute, then what was the point of booking through Eco Travels in the first place? This is ridiculous and unacceptable, and certainly not the level of service I expected when choosing your agency.
