⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Bad Service Do NOT recommend Eco Travels. I had one of the worst experiences with this Eco travel agency. They confirmed our seats in advance, told us everything was sorted, take all the money and even sent updated tickets saying “seats confirmed.” But when my parents checked in, the airline said no seat request was ever received from the agent. Because of their lies, my parents ended up with middle seats on a long international journey. They don’t reply on time, they give false information, and once they take the money, their customer service disappears completely. Completely unprofessional, zero responsibility, and misleading customers with fake confirmations. Avoid this agency at all costs. There are many better and more reliable options out there.
