Who knew a blocked drain on a Friday night would cause so much hassle? Sweeping & scooping water from the drain had the husband and I in full workout mode! One call to Eco-rod and 30 minutes later here comes our knight in orange armour, Ozzy! What a guy!! Unblocked the menace drain, helped provide a solution to the situation and even complimented us on our flood efforts. Total legend this guy. We can’t thank him enough, the only guy wanting to come out to help us. The stress then subsided, so resume normal Friday evening Steak & Red wine. A true genuine person wanting to help when there is a crisis. Ozzy, thank you again for your commitment. We came home from work to find our drain overflowing and flooding into the garage. Ozzy replied to us immediately and offered to come out late on a Friday evening. He arrived promptly within 30 minutes and provided support immediately. He was very professional and friendly taking all our worry away in what was a stressful situation for us. Ozzy did a fantastic job and we would definitely recommend him and use him again. Following his visit, he checked in to see if all was okay, which was a lovely touch. We could really tell that he genuinely cared and was very passionate about his work.

Came out on a Sunday night to clear the main drain that served a kitchen on a rental property. Charged a very reasonable fee and couldn't be more helpful and cleaned up after the blockage was cleared. A thoroughly decent bloke. Yet again, nothing too much trouble for Ozzy. He came out within the hour, was friendly, courteous and absolutely knew what he was talking about. What a fantastic service we received from Ozzie at Eco-Rod. We had a blockage in our complicated plumbing / drainage system, which made things very difficult but he stayed and kept investigating / working until he got things sorted. Very thorough, very tidy and so very helpful. He even rang the next day to check everything was still functioning ok! We will definitely be using Eco-Rod for all drainage problems in the future.

We had a major blockage in our drains, meaning our toilet would not flush properly. With 4 children and 2 adults occupying the property, this was not a good situation. Following previous failed attempts by several other contractors, Ozzy attended. He spent several hours navigating our drains, looking for the issue, flushing the neighbours drains with the intent on diagnosing and removing the blockage. Bare in mind, this was at 10pm. Concluding, Ozzy managed to unblock the drain, and we now have a functioning toilet. Ozzy turned up within an hour of being called, established a course of action, and got the job done. Nothing was a bother and offered a very friendly and approachable service. Ozzy clearly explained what he was doing, which was reassuring, as at times these types of situations can seem daunting; but having the time and patience to explain a process offers such a good customer experience. 10/10 - Thank you.

I can’t express enough my gratitude to Ozzy for coming out on a Sunday to fix my blocked outside drains. He arrived in a timely manner, extremely polite and highly professional. Ozzy agreed a price when I initially contacted him, and although he went the extra mile in clearing another drain for me that I wasn’t aware was becoming an issue, he didn’t asked for any further payment.
