We cannot recommend Eco NRG Heating, Cooling & Hot Water highly enough. They’re a local and highly capable company, and from start to finish they were very easy to do business with. Their onsite crew are, without question, the best we’ve ever dealt with across any trade — always on time, polite, respectful of our home, and clearly very skilled at what they do. It’s rare to find a team that ticks all those boxes consistently. This is the second home they’ve fitted out for us with ducted air conditioning, and this particular house was a real challenge — extremely limited subfloor space, no usable ceiling cavity, a tricky layout, and plenty of logistical hurdles. None of that phased them. The planning, execution, and problem-solving on site were outstanding. The equipment installed is high quality, the workmanship is excellent, and the pricing was very competitive given the complexity of the job. It’s clear they take pride in both their work and how they treat their customers. If you’re looking for a heating, cooling, or hot water company you can genuinely trust — especially for a difficult install — Eco NRG are in a league of their own.

Steve, Zac and the workers did an excellent job. Their involvement in the installation of the heater and ducting was without any dramas or stress. They were always quick to answer questions about the system and the process.

Very happy with the work completed by the team at Eco NRG. They coordinated the build of a new wall and installation of our Real Flame gas heater and it looks fantastic. We had reverse cycle aircon installed this week and also an old hot water system removed from the laundry and replaced with a new outside heat pump system. Eco NRG, arrived on time and the army of staff (see pics) got straight to work removing old systems and sorting the installation of our new ones. Communication all through the day, letting us know what was going on. A run through of the new installs at completion and we couldn't be happier to the works completed. THANK YOU! Finance wise - The information received from Eco NRG regarding the Brighte finance option, enabled us to utilise a 0% interest payment plan for a smarter future.

After having Steve and the team service my evaporative cooler and old gas heater, I got them in to replace everything with a new ducted reverse cycle system. The whole team were professional and courteous through the whole process got the job done in a day (easily!) New system is all zoned and controlled through the touch pad or phone app with sensors in each room which is pretty neat. Would highly recommend Steve and his team if you are looking at aircon, hot water heat pumps, gas, evaporative coolers.

Eco NRG promptly responded to an urgent call by me on a Friday, to service an old hot water system that had broken down. With parts difficult to get for the old system I decided to replace it with an iStore 270l. Eco NRG set up a temporary hot water supply for the weekend, then turned up on time on Monday, installed the new system and gave me a run through on the operation. All very prompt, very professional and timely. Couldn't recommend them high enough.
