Steve’s prompt and reassuring responses eased my concerns, especially considering the significant investment and shipping the diamond to Queensland. Overall, my experience with Eco Lab Diamonds was seamless, and most importantly, my partner—now my wife—absolutely loves the diamond. Highly recommended!

Purchased a lab diamond via the website. Price was great. I asked a few Q’s via email and always got a response quickly from Steve. You can track shipping on the Shop app but no many updates until it’s being shipped within Australia. Received within the estimated timeframe (approx 3-4 weeks) via registered express post. Took diamond to local jeweler for independent assessment and they were amazed I’d sourced so well for the price. I’ll be back!
