Eco Lab Diamonds exceeded my expectations. Their website is incredibly detailed, offering numerous high-quality photos, comprehensive spec sheets, and even 3D rotation images of the diamonds. It provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Their customer service was equally impressive. Steve’s prompt and reassuring responses eased my concerns, especially considering the significant investment and shipping the diamond to Queensland. Overall, my experience with Eco Lab Diamonds was seamless, and most importantly, my partner—now my wife—absolutely loves the diamond. Highly recommended!

Beautiful ring, quick delivery and Steve gave prompt responses to any queries I had by email. We were a little was nervous buying from a website with only a few reviews but this is legit. The ring is so gorgeous!!!!
