Bought my kayak from these guys and they made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. I was kept informed of the shipping times and locations. They answered all of my questions promptly. The kayak arrived in pristine condition exactly when they said it would. Any concerns I had about having a kayak shipped instead of purchasing locally were quickly dismissed. I would definitely buy from these guys again and highly recommend them for your next kayak purchase!

Had an availability issue that was dealt with promptly by the folks at Eco fishing (color pattern for my kayak was no longer available). They were polite and friendly and a pleasure to deal with and had a different kayak shipped out within 2 days. Great prices and great products. I will definitely buy from these guys again!!!

I got exactly what I ordered and it was delivered with no damage and on time. Great selection of Kayaks and all sorts of high quality fishing gear! This really is a one-stop shop type of place. This shop was great. I bought a Garmin unit for an upcoming ice fishing trip and needed it fairly quickly. I purchased it online. After not receiving shipping information for a couple days, I was concerned so I reached out to them. Within a few minutes I heard back and they explained it ships to them then to me. They assured me I would have the unit before I left and if they needed to they would expedite the shipping for me. A day or so later I received shipping tracking. All in all it was less than a week, even with the Holiday, from order to getting it. Very friendly and good customer service. Highly recommend these guys. You don’t get that kind of communication or service from the big box stores. Also the price was less than the big stores too.

So much for “white glove” delivery of my autopilot 120! Dealing with the shipping company was a headache and required me contacting them to get any movement or information about tracking. There was supposed to be an inspection by me with signature but it was just dropped and left at my door without any prior notice or timeframe. This business should be called ego fishing shop due to how the owner responds to complaints. Just a $5k lesson learned on my part I guess. Buyer beware!!!

Exceeded my expectations by far. Buying a kayak along with some accessories all the way from southeast Texas, eco fishing shop made the experience a smooth one. I can tell they really care about their customers and products. I got my kayak today after just a week from placing the order. (Standard shipping). The kayak was wrapped in a cloth with an additional plastic wrap 3x and with fragile labels. If you’re thinking about ordering a kayak from here, believe me they’ll take care of you. I had an awesome experience at Eco Fishing Shop. After a lot of researching options, their friendly staff helped point me in a direction that would be great for a beginner level kayaker. I was fortunate enough to go pick it up in person and meet the staff and talk fishing. This is a place I could spend hours and hours in. The guys there were incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy salesmen. They got me setup up with everything I needed to get me on the water and catching fish. I’m looking to purchase another one in the coming months and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Great company awesome customer service. I got the native titan x 12.5 ,It’s definitely a bigger Kayak but with the native side kick it’s totally manageable without a trailer I love the kayak it’s a beast in the water definitely not to hard to peddle (Caught my first tiger musky out of it aswell) and eco fishing shop did a great job of getting it to me in a timely manner and without damage they helped me along the way with every question and concern I had if I were to buy again and when I do in the future it will definitely be from this place!

I came in looking for a pedal-drive kayak, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had a budget in mind, and they helped me stay right on target without ever feeling pressured. Even though it was close to closing time, he took his time to walk me through all my options and helped me find the perfect fit. Honestly, I felt like my needs were more important to him than closing on time and didn't try to upsell to a higher tier model, and that meant a lot. A lot of shops will try and sell the highest tier model while this store wanted to make sure I had the right model for me. If I ever need another kayak, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Missouri. Top-notch service and great selection. 5/5 – Highly recommend.

Awesome job guys! I called all over looking for the Kayaks I wanted. All were on backorder. But not at Eco Fishing. They found my Hobie Passport 12s and had them shipped to me in North Texas. I received them in less than 10 days! Wonderful surprise. Thank you guys, You have a customer for life!
