In the last 5 or more years, I am lucky to have EC Siding and Roofs to help me repairing outside wall of chimney, sidling, painting, and much more a few times. I am mostly impressed by the excellent quality of the work of Mr.Ceron, the awesome material he selected for our home project. Mr.Ceron is an honest person and he would not take a project/job if he think he is not good at even though sometime he actually could do it.

Their attention to details and workmanship matter most. Material used was not the low end quality for they were willing to share material used . They even replaced the behind the siding rotted structure where some would just cover it up, they replaced giving it a solid build . They also did color match painting after the repairs Yes we will use his team again Yes I would refer to others. For I already have Nice to know we can count on ec team

I called up Efrain to get a quote about possibly replacing my roof and siding, soffit, and fascia. It was going to be a big project. Unlike other contractors, who insisted I needed a new roof immediately, he said my roof was is in good condition and still had some years left on it. He did agree that my old siding was worse for wear and that it could use replacing. He took measurements and gave me a detailed quote for a full Hardie replacement of the siding, fascia, and soffit that beat other contractors. The other contractors did not even want to work with Hardie board -- they all wanted to sell me LP Smart and would charge extra for Hardie board. Once I told Efrain I selected him for the job, the work began immediately. Efrain is the owner of his business and he also performs the work, along with a small crew. He was at my home every single day of the project, directing the other workers and leading the installation. He demonstrated to me how he installs the siding, based off a technique he learned while doing homes in Florida for minimizing certain gaps. At one point, he even expressed dissatisfaction about he did one of our gables and then redid the work. His attention to detail is impressive. This is a guy who takes pride in his work and does not rush the job. After the work was performed, and the paint was applied, Efrain cleaned up the yard, reinstalled the gutters, utility boxes, and A/C cover. I am a very happy how the house turned out. The new siding is a vast improvement over the original and likely solved some water penetration issues. And when my roof is actually needing a replacement or repairs, I will be calling Efrain.

Had an emergency with some of my old gutters in my home. Efrain came within a timely manner examined what needed repair and gave me a quote. Very reasonable prices for labor and supplies. You can tell this guy knows his craftsmanship he did not try to upsell my anything repaired exactly what was needed. Ended up calling him back to repair siding in my home and he did a great job.
