Eberson Constrution does great work, and our extensively remodeled home turned out beautiful! Bryan is extremely organized, attentive to detail, knowledgeable about the entire building process, a great communicator and takes responsibility for every aspect of the project. When we had an on-site mishap, Bryan immediately let us know up front and spared no expense to correct the problem, surpassing our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Eberson Construction to anyone who values quality, timely completion of the project, and commitment to the customer.

Why we think EBERSON CONSTRUCTION is GREAT!!!! Most people will probably never buy, remodel, renovate, sell, or be involved in as many home transactions as we have. My wife and I have been involved in and DIYed no less than 15. We have DIYed plumbing, electrical, tile installs, flooring, landscaping, painting, drywall, etc. You name it, we’ve probably personally done it. Two houses were remodeled back to the studs including wall moves, and adding square footage. We’ve dealt with every kind of contractor and subcontractor you can imagine. I’m thinking close to 100, maybe more. There are 2 general contractors that we think are amazing. One is BA Worthing in So. Cal. The other is EBERSON CONSTRUCTION in Flagstaff. Both offered outstanding quality at a fair price. More importantly, they did what they said they were going to do. And when things did not go as expected, they were quick to correct the problem. This is hard to believe, but they showed up when they said they were going to show up, or called when they were running late. But here’s what makes Eberson’s Construction number one in our book. Not only did they correct the work they did that may not have been as we expected. They also corrected other people’s work. It wasn’t big things, but why would Bryan, or his supervisor Mike, bother with someone else’s mistake. At different times they both came up with the same type of answer. “Our name is on this project, and we don’t want anyone thinking we would leave anything looking like that. Reputation and integrity matter.” And then there were 2 things we thought were no big deal even though they weren’t perfect. One was a color variation on a window handle, Bryan said, “I know you don’t care, but I do, so we’re fixing it.” The other was a small ding on the garage door that we hadn’t even noticed, Mike said, “We don’t do this kind of work. We already have a guy coming out as soon as the new panel is in.” We couldn’t believe it. We’ve dealt with a lot of contractors in Flagstaff that are pretty bad. We thought that was just something you have to tolerate in a small city. But Bryan brought in local subcontractors that are as good as his own personal team, and he took 100% responsibility for the one that was terrible. Here’s what we know. A contractor should be judged by how he behaves when things go wrong because that’s the thing that hurts the client. Bryan is great at doing a lot of things right, but with regards to making wrong things right, Bryan Eberson is perfect. He took better care of us then we took care of ourselves. You learn a lot about doing your own home improvement and remodeling when time is abundant and funds are low. It’s a blessing really, because then you understand the effort it takes to provide a quality product. More importantly, you know the difference between price and quality. That saying that “the price is quickly forgotten but quality rarely is,” tends makes a whole lot more sense. But when you can get a good price and good quality, that’s almost a miracle.

Eberson Construction did a great job on our recent home remodel. We utilized them from design to finished product. They were great to work with throughout the process. For the design phase, they listened to our initial ideas and then improved upon them with continual back and forth. For the construction phase, the different teams continued to check in with us, providing insight and suggestions to make the original designs even better. I would highly recommend Eberson to anyone that would like quality from design to finished product.

The quality of their work and attention to detail were beyond expectations. The entire process from design to permitting to construction was smooth; on budget; and on schedule. We had windows replaced in our townhouse. Bryan’s guys did a fantastic job. The quote he originally gave was accurate, the guys showed up on time, and they all made sure the project was done correctly. As they torn into the project, a few errors were found from the original builders, and they fixed them to ensure the best quality finish. The project was also completed while our renters were in the home, and not only did they complete the job in the time expected, but they were extremely clean with all of the work as well. I definitely recommend Eberson construction for any of your house project needs.

Our remodeled bathroom looks great. The new flooring and tiled shower were beautifully done. Bryan's attention to customer service and integrity are top notch. All calls, texts or emails were responded to within 24 hours. If there was an issue, Bryan was on top of it. He is very personable and professional and truly cares about his customers and their projects.

My husband and I had a homeowners insurance claim as a result of a refrigerator leak. On the recommendation from the woman I was working with at the store where we bought our new floors, I contacted Bryan Eberson. He helped us navigate the insurance company with the bid for the project. He and his team handled everything flawlessly. It went so well, we decided to use him for 2 bathroom remodels. They were very attentive. Their communication with me was superb, sending pictures of progress. This was particularly important to me since I was out of town for most of the project. In the rare event I was not pleased with the way something was done, no excuses were made and it was corrected. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again.

Eberson remodeled our house with an awesome new kitchen and lower level. Very good at communicating, on time, clean and trustworthy. Our dogs miss them badly :). I highly recommend

As new homebuyers, we wanted to make some immediate changes the the interior color, and we had a very tight time table. We got four quotes, and Bryan’s actually came in the lowest despite setting expectations about what a quality job costs. I decided to go with Bryan because he was the most personable, and I felt like he really cared about my job. I’m so glad we did, because the work was done timely and turned out great.
