4) Garage Door Maintenance - Included with the service (lubrication, leveling of door, tightening and adjustments of parts – recommended once a year)
5) Opener installation (your own purchased) - $110 for 1 opener or 2 for $200
6) Capping – starts at $180 for a single car garage
