Jack supervised the whole process during installation. He was the first arriving and the last leaving the workplace. Zach was very knowledgeable and kept me up to date with the progress of my project. The Eastside crew arrived on the date and time they had said. Eastside crew members were polite and cordial but I was impressed with the cleanup of my job. It was as if they were never there. My wife and I had been approached by several companies wanting to replace our roof. We just did not feel good about any of them until Zack with Eastside Roofing knocked on our door. Our first impression was that we could trust this guy because we both felt he was a man of high integrity and he wanted to sincerely try to help us replace our hail damaged roof. He answered all our intial questions clearly and patiently and did not pressure us in anyway. All through this process, Zack was our loyal partner. He was onsite himself at our house every step of the way, including; filing a claim with our homeowner insurance, meeting with the claim adjuster, scheduling the work, being there the day the roof was replaced (yes, his team was able to get the roof done in just one day) and when all work was completed latter (including new gutters and some interior painting, Zack was there making sure everything was cleaned up and to our complete satisfaction. Logan Smith was able to repair our roof the same day I called! He was knowledgeable and fair—he explained the issues well and provided a range of options along with a range of prices. He repaired our roof at a very reasonable price, much lower than what other companies quoted. We will definitely use Eastside Roofing again (if needed but also kinda hope we don’t ya know? Roofs are not cheap). Anyway, 10/10. Highly recommend Logan and his team. Reddit came through on this rec 💪🏻

From the first day I met Daniel Monica when he knocked on my door to suggest I get an estimate for a new roof until the final day when the roof was completed, he was a very professional and engaging person to work with. He was not pushy or overbearing, yet he gave assurance that Eastside Roofing is very thorough in both estimating what is needed and charging a very fair price. The work was completed in one day with a crew that was impressive in their acrobatic-like activities on the top of a VERY steep and high roof. The cleanup was done with beautiful results. I am extremely pleased.

We had a leak in our roof so we called Eastside Roofing and they responded right away. Logan came out, did a thorough inspection of our roof, and identified the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything wonderfully. He even sealed the leak for no charge! Highly recommend using them for any repairs or replacements. They will take good care of you!

Logan Smith, Insurance Claims Specialist, stopped and offered me a free inspection to see how much damage had been done to my roof. He was very friendly and quite knowledgeable about what it would take to get a new roof. Logan took care of everything from insurance claims. materials delivered, installation of the new roof, cleanup, and the final contract closing.
