What a great review about Eastside Roofing.
A storm came through Augusta GA and surrounding areas devastating our cities. I was not thinking about a roof when Logan Smith rang my doorbell. He was the first of 13 representatives of roofing companies. He was the only one who offered real information concerning the process of replacing my roof, how it would be done, what needed to be done, and how Eastside roofing would handle everything.
Logan was my measuring stick for every company that came after and they failed. I decided to go with Eastside roofing and it has been THE BEST decision. Logan has been very transparent and walked through each step of this process and was so confident that my roof would be replaced and not just repaired. Eastside roofing did ALL of the communicating with my insurance company.
Zach Herring from Eastside came out when the insurance adjuster came. He was so nice! How an adjuster makes a decision without getting on the roof is beyond me.
