Commercial roofing repairs for the Bogart, Ga RaceTrac. Ponding water and metal coping separation is a bad combination. These metal seams gradually degraded enough over time to allow several large leaks into the store. After pressure washing and prepping the surface we fastened the seams and began the application of Acrylabs and Geocel. Four of the seams were rusted so badly that we decided to use our favorite sealant/adhesive to ensure proper adherence & waterproofing.
