Jamie came out at short notice to install the gas and plumbing in my new kitchen build. He was prompt, informative and courteous. He used high quality fittings and advised me how to isolate the plumbing and gas if needed in the future. I would highly recommend this local man for plumbing and gas needs.

Efficient, reliable, just perfect. Have no doubts my boiler is being looked after and good to go for years to come, years beyond its expectation even. Jamie mustn't retire or boilers will just die….!! 🤣

Jamie is a great gas safe engineer provides a very nice service. We had a new boiler system and pipe upgrade. He managed to identify the issue with our old boiler where others had failed. Highly recommend. I will be asking for his services in future projects.

I called Eastside Gas as I had a problem with my Nest heating. We had just moved in and I couldn’t get the heating and water to work. I had never used Jamie before, I explained the situation and he said he would be with me before 5pm. He explained the issue with Nest and provided a solution very quickly. I then had issues with a leaking toilet, leaking radiators and a leaking sink. Jamie fixed them all very quickly and serviced my boiler! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jamie, he is very knowledgeable and fixes things very quickly for a reasonable price. He is booked in to do more work for us in January, namely take out a sink and put new worktops in, take out a gas hob and put a new worktop in ready for an electric hob, put in a dog shower and completely refit a toilet Thanks Jamie for all your help 😊

Jamie contacted us very promptly after our initial contact with us and booked us in for boiler service very quickly. He arrived on time and did a good job while picking up issues not noticed by our previous gas man. Had a boiler fault, rang Jamie at Eastside he came round to have a look the same day, found that the boiler was on its last legs I decided to have it replaced Jamie put together a quote that evening which was reasonable and he managed to carry out the install the week after even though it was plumbers silly season!! Jamie carried out the install very professionally arrived when he said he would kept the disruption as minimal as was possible, worked very hard, a very knowledgeable and pleasant chap, completed the work sooner than he estimated cleaned up his work areas. Made sure everything worked as it should and explained to myself how to operate the new settings. Will be recommending to anyone that asks me if I know an excellent plumber and will definitely use again. Would give 10 stars if I could, thanks Jamie and Eastside gas Ltd 👍👍👍👍

Fantastic service. Someone came out to me within 2 hours of me calling. They showed me what the problem was and how to fix it myself in the future. The engineer also showed me how to fix another problem I was having with my water heater. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future.
