Eastside Counseling Center - Bellevue

Would not recommend as they lack professionalism for sessions and billing. The counselor was always late, had me write up some exercises during the session instead of filling them out for the next session and sometimes ended the sessions early. Didn't feel that my sessions were effective and always seemed like the counselor was in a hurry. A year later, they made "adjustments" to rates and started sending invoices. It was supposed to have resolved it over email 3 months back but started to get email again about the "over due charge". They should have contacted my insurance since I've already paid my deductables a year ago. Not very professional at all.

Please improve the intake process. Email back and forth that takes one day or more for each email for tiny communications is frustrating. I send inquiry on web, and 10 email correspondence later, I’m still unsure when can I get an appointment, I have fill out intake asap and given my phone number and availability. If I call them, no human being picks up always a directory to a voice mail. I hope the actual consulting experience is better than this.

The quality of care and compassion that I receive at ECC is amazing. The owner, Melanie, has such a big heart and is really attentive to the specific needs of each client. I feel that ECC is really dedicated to helping their patients go from surviving to thriving! Great for talk therapy as well as more spiritually focused therapy, EFT, matrix reimprinting, and other methods that are more embodied! They have many clinicians that specialize in a variety of issues, so I feel that really anyone can walk in and find a clinician that can suit their needs at the time.

Amazing and experienced team! I absolutely love everything they have to offer! There is a wide range of modalities including EFT and Matrix reimprinting. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Melanie is very personable, sweet, attentive, and has a very big heart. Highly recommend!

It is like pulling teeth to get ahold of the office. I have been requesting my patient records for almost 2 weeks now. Countless phone calls which I leave a message and I’ve even emailed multiple times, with no response. Be weary of this office because you won’t be able to get ahold of them at all.

Terrible place! You engage them for issues that cannot be worked through, only for them to waste months of time and money and provide litrle to no resoloution to the problem you engaged them for. They seem more interested in digging deeper and highlighting minor things and turning them into much larger items and never address the issue you engaged them for. When you bring this to their attention, they become deffensive and talk about how they have "clients coming out the ears" and how "maybe we need to speak to a male counseler instead of a female counseler". Which is very offenssive in this day and age for 1 and 2 ludacris to suggest. Instead of sticking to the issues it made things worse and the only thing that changed was our bank account. Would not recomend.

I have been receiving services weekly for about 3 months now and it has been life changing. 100% would recommend. Danielle has been amazing to work with.

Bad customer service, you would think for a counseling center they would want to value and help patients and follow thru but I felt less than worthy the few times I went here, was always being overbooked and forgotten. They contributed to me more pain several times. Find a place that values you and makes you feel better and treats you with respect.

Such an amazing counseling center located in Kirkland. The therapists there really helped me work through some tough times. Highly recommend 5/5
