I needed my windshield on my 2021 Honda Civic completely replaced. I received a quote from Eastland from Rafael. This was a great experience with them! They were very responsive, quick and had competitive pricing and on top of everything they were completely mobile. Eric was awesome and did a great job with my new windshield!

I reached out to Eastland to get a quote on a windshield repair. Raphael gave me his honest opinion that he could try to repair the crack but advised that I replace the windshield instead. I had received the same feedback from several other auto repair companies based on the picture I shared. I followed his advice and am very pleased that he showed up with an associate within an hour of my contacting him. He completed the replacement in less than one hour. Really great service extremely professional. Got my window done the day of. Took them roughly and hour. They even vacuumed up all the broken glass from the vehicle. Highly recommend.

Rafael is very professional and efficient. About 4 weeks ago rocks from a gravel truck flew onto my vehicle and one chipped my windshield. I was so concerned about the problem spreading that I immediately began searching for assistance. Fortunately, my neighbor had just received service on his windshield and recommended Eastland Autoglass. Rafael was honest with me about what he could do to stop the spreading and he also let me know what could occur in the process so that there wouldn’t be any surprises. Fortunately nothing went bad and the chip was sealed. He also invited me to reach out to him should anything happen with the work that he did. As of today even with the scorching heat the chip has not spread.

Raphael was very responsive, kind and understanding. He didn't have to, but drove all the way out to fix an issue with my rear view mirror due to the manufacturer defect. He also went above and beyond and cleaned up the tint residue that was left by the previous owner. Didn't leave until the job was done right. Wonderful experience, highly recommended and will use him again in the future.
